Passion fruit coulis with bananas – a favorite with our kids.

Ingredients
- 3 passion fruit to make 3 tablespoons of juice after sieving
- 5 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- Sieve/separate the juice from the seeds of the passion fruit, place in a pan with 5 tablespoons of sugar and simmer for about a minute until slightly reduced. Sauce will thicken when cooled. This can be frozen for later use. Can be used with our cheesecake and crepe recipes.
