3 ingredient gluten-free flatbread
Try this amazingly easy and quick gluten-free flatbread. Great so many ways – with butter, topped with cheese and tomatoes and grilled for a quick pizza or served with curry and stews.
3 Ingredient Gluten-Free Flatbread
So easy and so good.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 1/4 cups almond flour
- 1 1/4 cups tapioca flour
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients until the dough comes together in a ball - a Kitchen Aid with the paddle attachment is useful here. Add more yogurt if the dough seems too dry or more of the flours if it seems to wet be careful not to make the dough too wet so it is hard to handle).
- Roll out about 1/6th of the dough for each tortilla, to a thickness of about 1/4" Rolling out the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper will make things easier.
- Fry on a dry skillet until golden on each side.
