This slaw adds a ton of freshness and color to pulled pork sandwiches. It’s also an easy to make side for any bbq or picnic.

Asian Slaw
An easy colorful side dish for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup carrots cut into thin strips
- 1 red pepper cut into thin strips
- 1 cup cucumber cut into thin strips
- 1/2 small bunch of cilantro chopped
Dressing
- 3 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce or Tamari as a gluten free option
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions
- Combine first 5 Ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl whisk together all the dressing ingredients.
- Add dressing to the large bowl and mix well.
